Continuing the countdown to Futures Forum 2024, we’ve lined up another raft of impressive speakers for the Friday 1 March event at the Royal Lancaster in London.

Joining our most exciting programme yet are executives from WME, Move Concerts, TEG Live Europe, Whole Entertainment/MMF, Music Saves UA and LALA Slovak Music Export.

Previously announced speakers include execs from Primary Talent, CAA, Ticketmaster, Midnight Mango, Goodlive, All Things Live, AEG Presents, Wasserman Music, Live Nation, The O2 and A Greener Future.

🎡 The Evolution of the Music Festival
Ross Patel (Whole Entertainment/MMF Board) will be asking a panel of next-gen executives about the music festival of the future. Panellists will be encouraged to reimagine everything from ticketing models to green initiatives and accessibility to safety procedures to determine the next steps and priorities for the sector.

👔 New Bosses: Meet the Class of 2024
Katja Thalerová (LALA Slovak Music Export) and Vlad Yaremchuk (Music Saves UA/Atlas Festival) are the final New Bosses announced for this longstanding panel. They join previously announced panellists Jamie Shaughnessy (CAA) and Chloé Abrahams-Duperry (Ticketmaster). The quartet will be questioned on their breakthrough moments, career highlights and invaluable mentors by moderator Connie Shao (AEG Presents).

🎧 Now That’s What I Call 2024
Melanie Eselevsky (Move Concerts) will bring the acts dominating her playlist to this popular music-sharing session. Along with Niklas Magedanz (Goodlive), Kerem Turgut (All Things Live) and Gurj Summan (Live Nation, Festival Republic), the panel will come armed with tracks, tips and tales. Midnight Mango’s Louise McGovern will be in the moderator’s chair.

🤝 A&R in 2024: Unchartered Territory
Lottie Bradshaw (TEG Live Europe) and Caroline Simionescu-Marin (WME) join this discussion on how to break acts in 2024, led by Primary Talent’s Sally Dunstone. The panel will explore how promoters, agents and managers are getting creative with artist development in an era where the cost of touring has peaked and audience behaviours are rapidly changing. Expect discussions on how to grow fanbases, secure funding, establish alternative revenue streams and innovate live strategies to boost burgeoning artists to the next level.

Stay tuned for weekly announcements about Futures Forum 2024, including details on speakers and moderators, the Meet Your Mentor scheme, Soapbox Sessions, networking opportunities and the hotly anticipated Futures Forum 2024 Keynote!
