Francine Gorman is the Project Manager (UK) for the Keychange gender equality initiative, empowering women and gender expansive creators and music professionals to transform the future of music, and encouraging the industry to work towards a representative future. 

Francine is also the Director of the UK based music consultancy Bad Rituals, where she holds roles as a strategist, content/event producer, consultant and editor, working with clients including the Nordic Music Export and Deezer.
